Colin, my Windows Scheduler does have the option. It's W2000 SP 2. It's Dutch, so forgive me if I translate wrong:
Planned task > File > New. A new item will be created. Right-click, choose Properties. Then tab Scheme. Schhose Daily. Then button Advanced. Check Repeat task. Every 10 minutes. That's it.
