This is from a Business Requirements in a Word Document. Now, customer info could be taken from Customers table, information about deliverables - from delivery table (and few related tables), information about User's Criteria is stored in 4 records (Location, Transaction, Lender, Property in BtCritss Metafile). I need to design a report, which could be ever printed or sent to a customer as a PDF (this is how we send reports here - we currently didn't explore Word, HTML, other types of outputs).

I'm thinking, what would be the best way to approach this kind of report? The usual advice is to prepare one flat cursor with all information - doesn't seem to be easy...

Do you have ideas/thoughts, which may help?

Thanks in advance.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
