Thanks for the reply,

I copied all the files into the setup directory to create the setup but could not get rid of " Visual foxpro cannot start. Could not load resources.."
I copied
VFP7ENU.dll
VFP7r.dll
MSVCr70.msm
MSVCRT.msm etc.

I even copied all the .msm in the distributing dir but still get the same message.

Any help
