Does 'SET STEP ON' work for you in other places in the VFP web app? It works every time for me. Remember, you must first recompile it to a .EXE COM server - no other code changes are necessary.
If you mean debugging code in the PDF object, it's because the debugger won't work when jumping from your VFP web app to the VFP .exe COM server being used for PDF generation.
