We do retrieve fields from a database (SQL query into an array) before CREATE CURSOR (see my note in the thread). It worked fine until VFP8.0. I suspect that some parts of CREATE CURSOR have been rewritten because of AUTOINCREMENT. As old code breaks, I believe it's fair to report to the Fox Team.
