I don't think this can be supressed. However, if what you want to do is have a form for a "generic" table, you may want to open, for instance, table "January" with alias "AnyMonth". That way, the alias will no longer be a hindrance.
I usually prefer to keep the alias, and use a generic alias where appropriate.
