Thanks for responding but setting the column and text grid alignment does not work. This is not the first time I have seen this behaviour. It happens when I create a grid and then add/delete columns and change the order. What I have done in the past is to recreate the grid. However this is a somewhat complicated one and I don't want to have to do that.
