Yes, I am with you on that :) Under your UT setup (icon at top left on toolbar) there is a section called "Update Your Account". Under this there is a link called "Settings". Under this there is an option "Occasionnaly, I want to receive, by email or snail mail, useful information about related news and conferences". Have you selected this?

PS. To UT - "Occasionnaly" spelt wrong.
