Microsoft has acknowledged that its Generic Text Printer driver behaves differently with different versions of Windows.

Our product has an option of printing reports on Dot Matrix Printer for which Generic printer driver has been used.

Although there is no problem in printing with Win 2k using the above driver, the same report with same driver overlaps some lines under Windows 98

Are there any drivers like Generic Text/Only available for specific dot matrix printers like Epson which do not have misbehave whatever the version of Windows ??? Please help.
