I'm cc'ing Garrett on this because I have some additional information.

First, it appears to only occur when the the top, left porperties are 0 and AutoCenter = .F. or if the form hasn't been moved. IOW, if you move the form (as I believe Cetin mentioned), it doesn't happen. Neither does it happen when AutoCenter = .T.

Second, it appears tied to the MouseMove event only when the mouse button is down. Placing a NODEFAULT in MouseMove prevents it from occuring.

So there are two workarounds.
