Hi Jeremy,
>I want to make a program that, once it's double-clicked upon, minimizes to the systray. Once there, the user would go to their browser and type in a specific address that invokes that minimized program. No internet access needed. Once they're done, they could go back to the minimized program, close it, and everything's done.

Well, I usually prefer to think of programs in terms of what they intend to do instead of how they do it. As in "I need a program that collects data and stores it for later batch posting.". Whether the program resides in the taskbar or where ever is a detail of implementation not the goal of the application.
With that said, I see know reason why a VFP application could not work as you envision.
Good luck!
