I can't seem to close a DataBase so that I can open it Exclusively to clean it up and generate RI. I've tried "Close DataBase", "Close DataBase All", and "Close All". Then when I "Open DataBase Exclusive", I still get the message "not opened exclusive" when I try to edit RI.
