Since we can give each of our user some security level right.
How can we best implement it so that only certain user with
the correct access right can access some menu, other without the
access right is disable ?

I had application which had submenu, follow by submenu, how can
I best implement the access right on the menu bar insteads of the individual
form ?

Any best way or design to go about implementing access right on the menu bar.
Any advise is very much appreciated. Thank you
