I figured out the problem.. (Bug?) Unless I opened a table in the Form Load Method, the File functions are corrupt. (As soon as I used a table, everything worked perfectly)

What was odd is that the problem exists with VFP6 and VFP7 - So I'm inclined to think that it has to do with the Application Class Object. Hmmm....
