PMFJI, but just curious, have you checked the status of "set development" on the computer that is misbehaving? If set development is OFF, it may not be checking the file for changes before running the form. Just a SWAG, but I have been bitten by this long ago myself. ( I think in FPW2.6) I can't duplicate it with VFP6 SP5 on WinXP Pro.
