i have created a mail merge doc using VFP. it contains one date and 7 other fields. when i am merging this doc using vfp application with greater than 9 records, word is prompting me for the record delimiter and field delimeiter. For less than 10 records, it is working fine. Also after deleting the date field (having '/' character in data value), it is working fine with more than 10 record. If any one have any idea to solve this problem i.e. to avoid this record delimiter and field delimeiter prompt, please provide the help.
