You have something truly bizarre going on here. Does the scx/sct time stamp change when you make a single character change?

Is it only this form or any form? If it's only this form you may have some sort of oddball corruption of the sct. Is it easy enough to recreate this form from scratch (you can copy/paste the method code from the original to the new one in the form designer.
