Hello,

Due to a collation type that a customer is using in SQL*Server 2000, I need to uncheck an item on one of the ODBC DSN configuration screens called 'Perform Translation for Character Data'. At least this checkbox is there for NT and 2K workstations. The user said it is not present on a XP machine. Does anyone know the comparable setting on an XP DSN dialog?

P.S. I am also going to see if they can change the collation sequence for the database which should eliminate the need for the the checking/unchecking of the 'perform translation... ' setting.
