The best way to deal with that problem is using AMNUNI PDF converter, is an OCX this allow you to assign the name and the path and all those values that you dont want to be ask to the user. I have the same problem before and we switch to Amuni Pdf converter and work fine. Otherwise you need to pop up the windows that ask for the name.
