My reason for asking is that I am looking for work and my wife called yesterday to say she just found out their payroll package is written in VFP. My thought was I might be able to do some consulting work for them if it is indeed written in VFP and if they want customizations. Before I tossed my hat in the ring I wanted to know a little more about what I might be getting into. ("It's like SBT only worse," for instance <g>).

My wife called again to say her boss came back to her and said the current version of the Payroll package is in VFP but the next version, which they plan to upgrade to, will not be. Not sure whether that's true but it's starting to look like a dead end. It was a long shot in the first place. I am trying to pursue everything I can think of and keep faith that one of them will click.
