Hi Ria,

We have something similar. We use the DESTROY event to do the logout process. This works great so far. As for other reasons for not logging out.

1) Your program crashed. ( Could happen )
2) Windows crashed. ( Will happen )
3) Network failure

We also have a robot program that will run every night at about 2:00 AM. This will reset any of the bad logouts. This will also write to a text file the number of connections reset.
