suddenly one of my Applications running on a Citrix Terminal Server gets an error.
here is the mnessage I received from my customer:
Peter, I have an error message that appears when I run the Blue Book reports, but only on some computers. If I run on my desktop at home, I have no problem. However, if I run on either my laptop or any of the computers in New Jersey, I get the same error message.
The error message I get is: "Not enough memory for file map."
The strange thing is that, no matter which computer is used to run the report, they all sign onto the same box through a Citrix connection. Therefore, in theory, we are all running on the same computer, but with different results.
Any suggestions?
P.S. Two weeks ago I did not have this problem.I have never seen this error
Can aonyone point me in some direction???
