I never got such a message so not sure if this is it.
When you have code such as 'do ...' and build the project, pjx managaer automatically adds the file to project.
For a do Mymenu.mpr it'd add mymenu.mnx to menus node. My guess is that you later try to add .mpr to programs and get the msg ?
