I am not a lawyer, but...

You are not supposed to create production applications with Beta versions of software. So, no, you're not supposed to sell applications based on VFP 8. Nor are you allowed to sell the VFP 8 beta software itself. In addition, remember that the beta will expire at the end of the month (IIRC).
