He said cramps and spasms happen when muscles are stressed or you are a bit dehydrated.

He said only to see my family doctor if it continued. The pain went away on Saturday afternoon. This was only after taking 3 T3's at once (at the advice of my wife). This seemed to calm the pain enough to allow the muscle to uncramp.
