The news groups function works pretty well as is and I have not seen any junk arrive there. I would just like to have an easy, effective way to keep my the inbox less cluttered by effectively sorting others to another folder that I can still review for items of interest (or add someone to my address book). I do this now with message rules, but still some spam gets through to the inbox anyway, my message rules keep getting longer and more complex and it will occasionally catch my normal email and send it to deleted items. The type of message rule that I suggest would more effectively sort my incoming mail without catching mail that I want to receive. Unfortunately, Outlook and OE does not have this functionality.
