I am creating this message as this new feature to the Universal Thread will be greatly welcome and has been requested by many.

We have released today an upscale version of our new messages treeview for the messages area. It doesn't require any use of the previous daily listbox, which was needed when being away from UT for a while. The new version allows the manipulation of all new messages within one treeview such as MSDN site does. When too many new messages are present, a base treeview is shown and within two clicks, you can obtain the full branch of a thread. Those using a fast connection will get the updated branches immediately. The process of retrieving new messages, when being away from UT for a while, is now transparent. This also applies for the time warp.

The same goes with the upper four icons for the daily, yestersday, weekly and monthly retrieval. All that is now in effect to be dynamic when required.

The time warp also includes two additional items to go as far as one week and one month. So, those who don't want to have 4 extra icons at the top can use the time warp for the same needs.

Thanks for Sergey Berezniker for the help he provided in doing some tests.

You can get the full details on how it works, quite simple and transparent, by our help icon and going into the "New messages" item under "Technical support", which is the first category in the help.
