Cool... probably having the digits in front of you helps... I was having a drawing on a paper napkin, and the guy who told/sold me this one would probably be a great artist in the USA (not with his drawings, the other kind - the con artist). He deluded me by playing psychological games while introducing this, and managed to get me (and four other programmers/mathematicians) on the wrong track.
Now for the second part: their mother married again and had another kid in that marriage. Later, when she died, her quarter of the land needed to be divided under the same constraints (equal and geometrically identical), but into five parts now.
