VFP7.0 sp1

I have a CS app that uses Sql Pass through to update data. I have started using textmerge() to help create the strings so I can sqlexec() them. My client's is getting intermittent C5 errors and most of the time the line is a textmerge() line. Does this function have problems that I should be looking for or should I not be using the function at all?
