Every time i DblClick to open a form,
my Form Control, Properties Windows, Command Window
popup in their own place.
I move them to the top, save the Form.
DblClick to reopen the Form, toolbars are back to
their crazy positions again.

I have deleted and recreated the Foxuser.dbf,
played with the config.fpw, altered my VFP7 Desktop shortcut
to include/not include the -cCONFIG.FPW parameter.
Also, when my app breaks on a SUSPEND, I cant get to the Command
Window anymore with 'CTRL-F2'.

Also, in Tools Options, the 'Set as Default' button is greyed out!!
Hmmm....
