I have a small app which is made up of a couple of forms that are called from a menu. The menu is an extended version of the default menu created by the framework. Everything works fine when it is run as an APP.

When I compile and run it as an exe, the application starts up. The menu items that are there from the framework (e.g. Users) run but the items I have added now cause a non-trivial system error (2005)that involves the phrase "There is not enough memory to complete this operation." There is memory for Africa!

What might be causing this? What can I try, other than prayer?
