We will be deploying an application that accesses a web service and also makes use of CursorToXML/XMLToCursor. The InstallShield walkthrough on MSDN says:

If your application utilizes Web Services or the Simple Object Application Protocol (SOAP), you must include the following merge modules:

SOAP SDK Files (SOAP_CORE.msm)
Visual Basic Virtual Machine (MSVBVM60.msm)
Microsoft Component Category Manager Library (COMCAT.msm)
Microsoft OLE 2.40 (OLEAUT32.msm)

Is there anything else we need to distribute, like MSXML3? And what's up with the VB Virtual Machine?
