Hi All,

The January 2003 GRAFUG meeting will be held this Saturday, January 11, 2003. Note that there’s a new format and new meeting times!!!

We will have our first “Beginner’s Jumpstart” session from 9:00AM to 9:45AM for anyone who wants to attend. This first jumpstart session will be very informal and more like a Q&A session. We encourage all beginners to attend and get answers to your questions. We’ll also use this time to get your feedback and find out what kind of formal topics you’d like to see addressed in future Jumpstart sessions.

The regular meeting will be held from 10:00AM to 12:00PM. In consideration of the special SQL Server class that’s been arranged in Lansing with Jim Duffy on January 18th, this month’s main topic will be an introduction to SQL Server. Rick Bean and Cathy Pountney will be teaming up to give you a basic preview of SQL Server so those of you attending the class won’t be afraid or feel lost right off the bat in Duffy’s class!!
