In VS.NET, is it possible to open a .SQL file and run that with an F5, for example? Yes, make it behaves kinda like SQL's Query Analyzer.

I know that I can run SPs from the Server Explorer, but it actually doesn't allow me to open the SP for editing and then run it from the editor.
