My problem is everytime I get new text file in same format I have to set my field width (column breaks) by clicking the mouse on the defined column positions. Is there any way thru which I can set the format (since it is always the same) and load the text file into excel ?

One way would be to write a program in some programming language, to convert your file into some other format, for instance, comma-delimited. Probably this could be done in Excel itself, but it might be a little complicated.
