Jim Hanson and I are really struggling with the Visual FoxPro OLE DB provider and Crystal Repots 9. Crystal 9 crashes whenever an attempt is made to create a data source from a .dbc that contains a significant number of regular and/or RI stored procedures.

What is the best way to get Crystal Decisions and Microsoft to work together to diagnose and correct this issue? Right now there's some finger-pointing going on from the Crystal side of the issue. I would like to see Crystal own the diagnostic process and have a MS resource they can contact with technical questions if necessary.

Please advise.
