Hi Daniel,

Yeah, I think you're right. If two different pieces of software generate the same error using the TWAIN driver, then it would seem to me that the TWAIN driver is responsible. The fact that the error is now popping up when you use the software that came with the scanner would seem to indicate that you were doing nothing wrong in the first place. Hope tech support can help you out.
