To All,

I've got a small (3 box) peer-to-peer network at home, where I work most of the time. Occasionally, I go to my company's office with my Win XP Pro laptop and hook up to my company's NT "domain" network (a typical small business network).

Every time I move the laptop between networks, I have to run the damned XP Networking Wizard to get the laptop to recognize the network... well, almost everytime. Sometimes the OS will recognize the "new" network, which is one of the things that's making me crazy with this thing.

Is there some way I can permanently store the respective settings for the Peer-to-peer and XP "domain" networks?

I feel MS should have designed XP such that the settings for each network would be stored on disk and activated as the user (me) saw fit.

TIA,
Thom C.
