This sounds silly, but what the hay...

You've 'aliased' invoice to 'Invoice' and the other file to a capitalized of it name too.
I wonder if it might help to make them different, or remove the alii completely.

My thought is that there might be confusion internally, ESPECIALLY as concerns the subquery.
