You can add your icons right into the Menu Editor. Note that you can put it in the menu pads, not in the menu bar.

PS: Por si no lo sabías, hay un foro de VFP en español. Puedes consultarlo actualizando en tu cuenta los foros suscriptos. También toda la interfaz de UT puedes setearla en español.
