No, the VFP Program menu does NOT show any program running, and in the command window I do CLEAR ALL, CLEAR PROGAM, CLEAR MEMORY, RELEASE ALL, CLEAR WINDOWS, CLOSE ALL and other commands.

This is very strange. It only happens while working with certain .PRGs. I can't reproduce it on command but it does popup every so often.
