Sergey and Marcia have both pointed to good resources for information on this. I'd like to add that attachments are a collection for an Outlook mail item and adding them is pretty simple. I wrote a couple of articles for VFUG in the fall of 2000 talking about this: www.vfug.org.

Also worth noting, is Tamar Granor and Della Martins book on Office Automation and VFP available at Hentzenwerke. This book will both help you solve your immediate problem and gain an understanding of how to automate Outlook for other things you might want to do in the future.
