I need to deny some users to send / receive email to / from internet
users instead of intranet users

I have tried tcprules but it does not work

vi /home/vpopmail/tcp.smtp

172.16.1.88:deny

tcprules /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb /etc/tcp.smtp.tmp < /etc/tcp.smtp
chmod 644 /etc/tcp.smtp*
