Three possibilities come to mind which might work:

1) The page deactivate event could prevent access to other pages

2) The other pages activate event could check whether the user must be sent back to the required page.

3) Set the other pages enabled property to .F. until the user satisfy's the conditions necessary to allow access to the other pages.
