I've been running 2.6 DOS on NT4 workstations under NT4 server for over 5 years and it has been very, very stable. The server died and we now have a WIN2000 server. Obviously, the workstations have been updated to W2000 clients.
However, since then we are getting apparently random BSODs with the unhelpful IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (sometimes PFN_LIST_CORRUPT). Mercifully, we have not had a corrupt index or file.
I've tried installing TAME which has other significant benefits (especially printing) but not solving this. I've increased the File Number to 240 and set the Environment to 2048. No joy. I'm now looking at tweaking the PIF file.
Does this ring a bell with anyone who can offer a solution?
Thanks.
