I'm wondering, if you ever seen such behavior and can explain it. Our Network Administrator migrated everything on another server from Development server. Here is that I noticed after this migration:

Suppose, I made modifications in report, project or form. Day later or hour later I'm trying to open this report, project or form and get File Access is denied. Looks like it applies only to the changed stuff. Why is that?
