Are these components in a COM+ package? If so, you can install the COM+ package (of the server) as a remote package of the client.
It's another option that I find preferable to CREATEOBJECT("whatever", "Servername") because it allows management of the target servers via the COM+ console rather than hard-coding. (Of course, there are also ways to get away with not hard-coding the names, but still...)
