The "customize toolbars" in VFP gives you all the buttons which are available in permanent menus. However, what you want is in a submenu of Format menu, and it's not available.

Too bad, that's something I also need a lot. Just had a dozen buttons in a group yesterday - I feel your pain. I've checked the public beta 8, same.
