Sorry. I'm at a loss for ideas. At this point I'd suspect the 5.0 version, tho' I can't say for sure. Is there any chance you could upgrade your version? When 8.0 comes out? There isn't any technical reason to stay with 5.0 like there is to stay with 3.0. Well, other than I guess there were problems with 6.0 and some HP printer drivers. But I don't know that's still an issue.
