My guess is that the time-bomb is built into one or more of the .dll's required to run it, so there MIGHT be a chance that the .exe would still be good if the new .dll's are put on the machine when the final version comes out...but again it's just a guess. Really shouldn't be using .exe's compiled with time-bomb beta development software anyway....you could test this by making an .exe and then changing the system date on your computer.
